Boxed Titles in the Project Browser

This just started happening. Every time I hover over a view title in the project browser it enlarges it and boxes it out. In some ways its nice because it shows the entire title, but it also gets in the way.

Has anybody see this before or know why it is happening?

I just noticed it after running the ResizeEnableRunner. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Also, this is happening because your project browser is half way covering the views' names.
If you drag the line separating the project browser from the Revit drawing area, I assume this will stop.

This happens only when we use that little program ResizeEnable, which resizes all windows. It was posted by someone in this forum.
