I have set lineweights in an ACAD LDD 2008 file and publish to design review, and the lines all go to 0 width. How can I fet it to plot the width I set in paperspace?

You should use the Page Setup Manager to set a color table or pen style table that can apply the desired thicknesses to lines before publishing them into the DWF file.
