Bearing labeling wrong

When I label line with a bearing it labels it based upon the xy instead of the northing easting. If I do a design properties on the line it reads the correct bearing. I am running Autocad Land Desktop 2008.

Applied service pack 2 and it fix the problem

Try setting your AutoCAD angular units to decimal degrees.
