Anyone have RAC2009 crash when upgrading a project to new version?

I have a little (it's really not big) neat project that I am working on right now and also have downloaded the new RAC2009 from http://revit.downloads.autodesk.com/download/2009/RAC2009.exe.

Installation works fine and also I opened a windows family I was creating in '08 and it was fine. Then I tried to open my project and it just keeps crashing, even after I've made multiple copies, auditing and moving the file.

I have had the exact same problem. Have you found a resolution?

Send files to Support for upgrading when your machine cannot complete the task. The Factory can get these files upgraded for you and then send them back.

I sent the initial request to Autodesk on Monday and still haven't received a resolution. This is a critical file and it seems to be taking longer than I hoped.
