Is this common problem?

MAny time, i can see my projec file thumbnail and preview. But whenever i double click it to open, it just open the Revit and fails to open the file. Then i have to go to file, open and then i am able to open the same file. I face this problem oftenly. In my office as well at my home.
And other problem, actually i wish, can we have level's in 3D too. Like level-01, level-02 etc. we have in elevation, section. Is it possible? It will be great, if we can do that.

The first problem is widely known to occur with RAC 2008 in Windows XP (I don't know about Vista).

The second proposition I like very much - perhaps something like showing a work plane but with a different colour would be good - with the button to turn it off/on in an instance.

By the way, this forum (Tips & Tricks) is mainly used to post some interesting... tips, tricks and workarounds for others to use (I think) .
