As a person transitioning between AutoCAD & MDT to IV, it would sure be nice to have a guide explain how you can do some of the behind the screen stuff in Inventor. I miss my SYSVARS & DIMVARS and the programable icons with easy macros based on the Command Line input. Everthing seems hidden and inaccessible in Inventor. Like when setting up a custom view for use on a .idw I have to "Rotate at Angle" and type in the same angles... EVERYTIME SINGLE TIME. There has got to be a quicker way, right? In the old software I had it at the touch of a button!

I'd like a "What's New in 2009" course similar to what bbenton is teaching on Autocad 2009. It gave me the incentive to check out the new features & a place to work through some of the changes.

Thanks to all who volunteer to teach these workshops! You're awesome!
