Error 1052

We recently upgraded to Vault 2008. I am an administrator and when trying to delete files, I get this error code. I found what it means, but I cannot find out how to get rid of it so I can delete files off of the vault. Does anyone have any ideas?

It says that the file cannot be deleted due to an unspecified error.
