AutoCAD MEP 2008- How can I change that portabella blue/grey background color that is behind the paper to black?

I haven't found an exact way in ACA 2008.

The closest i can get is this:

1. Turn off "Display Paper Background" in Options-->Display Tab

2. set your Sheet/layout-->Uniform Background to any color you choose.

This will turn the entire layout tab to that color. Unfotunately you lose the paper, and background effect.
