...for changing multiple views at once: you can create a view schedule. It will list all the views within your project. Then, on the grouping tab, you can set the options so that it doesn't itemize every instance, and so that it groups all the views you want to change (like all elevations that start with a certain letter or something) into a single line on the schedule. Then you can simply change the scale within the schedule, and all those views will change too...

It's not just for views. within every job I'll have several 'working schedules'. These schedules never get put onto sheets, and are only there as a fast global editing aid. Just by changing the grouping options you can single out the things you want to change, and then change them all at once. It's also great for quick counts and totals.

Combine this with Key Schedules, and you can really start to rock. :D
