What do you mean by "Surface Grid"?
If you create points on a grid or surface spot elevations on a grid you have to specify the grid basepoint at an even coordinate.

This came as a private message from the OP:
"when i said grid, i'am saying the grid that appears when you go to TOOLBOX - settings - surface - surface style - standard - edit - display and then you turn on GRIDDED. this grid is on unexact coordinates, how could i change it? thanks for your help."
I thought this would be useful for others to help figure out his issue.

I assume you meant the Toolspace not Toolbox.
It appears that the grid that is displayed in the style uses an origin that is defined by the smallest X coordinate and the smallest Y coordinate of the surface.
The only way I know to force the grid to an even coordinate would be to add some surface data so the smallest X and Y values are at even coordinates. This is not a very good solution but it will work.
Maybe someone else knows a better way. If not, this sounds like a legitimate wishlist item.
