Batch convert of dwg files in multiple folders

I have a folder with a ton of sub folders. I want to convert all the dwg's in these folders to an older version. Can I simply select the main folders and all the dwg will be selected in the sub folders or do I have to browse within each folder & add ? I would also like to maintain the folder structure with the converted dwg's - but they will just be an older version.

Please tell me I can pick the main folder... Pretty please.
