I have lost my right-clickablity in AutoCAD. Right Click works in Windows. The answer is not in the tools - options - right click customization, nor is it a pickfirst toggle issue. Any suggestions?

your acad profile has become corrupt
you will need to delete that profile and
start over.
If you have saved (exported) your profile
import it and set it current.
If not have someone send you a copy of the
one they have if the installations are default.

Ever since I loaded WaterCAD, my right-click button does not function in the drawing area unless I am in WaterCAD mode (which does not have the menus that I need in LDD). The answer is not in the user preferences, shortcutmenu, or in the PICKFIRST toggle. Any suggestions?

The installation of WaterCAD corrupted your
Land Desktop ARG file. If you have a copy of your
profile from before you installed WaterCAD import that
and set it current, your right click will then function.
If not feel free to post your current Land Desktop profile
without the right click function here, or email it to me
and I will restore your profile and the right click functionality.
You should probably also inclue your SDSK.DFM file so I
can verify that it has not also been affected.

AutoDesk offers this solution for you to try as well:

This problems can occur as a result of the ACAD.mnu not being loaded in the drawing. This may happen as a result of a faulty custom profile (.arg file) being loaded.

1. Type Menu on the command line.
2. In the Select Menu File dialog box, the program defaults to the following folder:

\Program Files\Land Desktop <version>\Support\

3. In the Files of Type list, select Menu Template (*.mnu) file.
4. Select the ACAD.mnu file and choose Open.

The shortcut menus are now available when you right-click an object.

Hi

Please note I've merged two threads into one, so making it easier for any one offering advice / help (can see a complete history).

As a side note can I please ask that in future people don't re-post the same question in a *new* thread just because they've not received an answer / solution that resolves their issue / problem. If you require further help on the same subject please make the request in the original thread.

Please let the original post run it's natural course; be patient and let members answer (if they can) in their own time.

If a post hasn't received a single response after a period of time I will *Stick* the post to the top of the Forum in an effort to try and get an answer/response.

Thanks,

Mike
