Walk Controls

Can you change the walk controls on your mouse? Does anyone know how to do this? I have a two button mouse with a roller wheel. Right now NW is set up so that I have to hold down the left button and move up or down to walk backwards or forwards. I would like to use the roller wheel for moving forwards or backwards, which is set to look up and down.
