FAO Symbol

Morning all -

I can't recall - does basic AutoCAD have a notation symbol for FAO (Finish All Over)? It's the little check mark that would have a numerical entry right above the left-most "leg". If not, I can't seem to figure out how to superscript either - short of a shape file.
