NAVISWORKS PUBLISH PROBLEM

HI

anyone know why ?

i got nwd file send from my client.
then i tyring to modified it into navisworks simulation.
after i try to publish again but
the problem is when i publish it
it came out the message said

(the current model includes a locked published file. you are not allowed to publish it.

When they publish to nwd there is an option that allows the file to be re-saved which is not checked by default, you will need to request the recreate the nwd with this option checked
