Autonumbering of titleblocks

can someone breakdown for me what is needed to export my block attributes to a csv file. I looked at the attout lisp routine and can't really get a hange of it, also it exports it to a txt file.

If you are using AutoCAD 2008, just use the table command, there is an option in the wizard that do what you want.
