dll gone

After initizing ACAD Mechanical Desktop. Everythings seems to function except:
Double click on item brings up 3 windows and then tells me "properties" is an unknown function.

Here are the dlls not found
AcOpmExtRes.dll
AcDimRes.dll
AcOpmRes.dll

How do I get these guys back
