Two layers for every section

When creating multiple section views, both the assembly and existing ground surface viewed in each section are creating their own individual layers. Basically, if I view 20 sections, I now have 40 new layers. I've looked through all my styles and cannot find anything that would cause this to happen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Edit Drawing Settings -> Layers tab. You probably have a layer modifier for your sections.

I found the modifiers. Didn't know how to access them before. Thanks.
