We have a Designjet 430, with the original 4 MB memory, and use Autocad 2004 and Autocad LT2000, when I tried to print a file (size about 400 MB) on D size, I did not print complete and got an error message of DATA on the printer but the same drawing print well on Tabloid Size (11 x 17), I have also printed drawings with a larger file size (like 1.5 MB) with no problems. I wonder if it may be a problem with the Autocad File or with the printer, like not good communication or not enough memory. We also recently installed the Windows XP Service Pack 2, but the HP site is a mess and it was not possible to access information about drives, etc.

Thank you for your help with any suggestion.

Can we isolate the cause of the probelm?
Is the data over-run error resulting from 2004
or from 2000LT?

Thank you, We had the problem with both AutoCad and AutoCadLT, maybe is the printer's memory, We checked this morning and we will expand it (it's cheaper nowadays), We hope it will solve the problem.

We bought a 32 MB memory expansion, at good price directly from Kingston, and now the problem is solved.

Thank you to everybody who answer this posting.
