Theme Legend

In the Display Manager, I create a new theme, set it up, and add the text that will be used for the legend. The problem is if I go and edit the theme. The data I type in for the legend field is replaced with the default. Which is the same as the value. So then I have to retype all of it again. I have just had my system reformatted and everything reinstalled, and still have this annoying problem. Has anyone else noticed this?

can you post the map session and a slim sample in a source file
for me to poke at and see if it will twitch?

Here is a sample file. I have been able to duplicate this on several computer. I'm thinking it's a bug. :-?
