Viewing Problems

Since the upgrade to AutoDesk NavisWorks Manage when I try to create a new file I have problems viewing. When I zoom to the extents I can see the file but when I try to use the walk or orbit the screen goes black. When I first had this problem I could turn on the Avatar and that would solve it, but as of late that does not work either. Any ideas on what is happening or what I am doing wrong.

Are you using 2009 or 2009.1?

I am using 2009.1, the problem has happened in both versions.

Are you using dual screens? Does this happen on one screen but not the other?

It doesnt matter if I am using my laptop or using dual monitors, its related to the file. This only happens with one file that I have created, but if I try to recreate the file I still get the same problem. I got this the other day when I was trying to create a different project with seperate files, but when I started over the problem went away but it still exists on the orignal project.
