Apply Static/Dynamic Labels to entities in XREFs

While we're at it, can we make Static/Dynamic Labels "plan readable" like contour labels too?

And possibly the ability to put "plan readable" static or dynamic labels all on the same side of a polyline (such as the left side of a centerline, or the inside of a closed polyline)...
