I attached a dwg to show what I mean.
The dwg has table ( 1row 1 column). Nothing else.
If you check the blocks in the dwg you will see that there are more than 10 blocks in the drawing.
I use purge but they are not deleted.
The only way to get rid of them is to explode the table and then purge.
I do not want to explode the table in my original drawing.
Is there another way to purge the blocks ? Why this is happening anyway ?
Thanks

For starters, your file has nothing but a one row -one column table. basically just a single table cell no other info.

Sorry I see what you are getting at. you are wanting to purge the blocks for your block library without exploding the single table. The only thing I can think of is some how the table is a nested reference in the blocks. So the blocks won't purge because the block definitions are still in use until the table is deleted or exploded.

I don't get what is supposed to be in this single cell table. Can't you just create a new table style, make it current and use that instead? If you do and erase the original, you can purge the drawing...

I think the single cell table was an example, showing that there is only a single cell table in the dwg, but the block table has multiple blocks that can not be removed with the purge command.
The way I read it the OP has placed a block into the table then removed the block, it then becomes non purgable as it is referenced by the table, how can the OP purge these blocks?
