Navis Works 2009 & Windows SP3

Windows XP just downloaded and installed SP3 and now I can't get Navis Works 2009 to open. It just errors out every time.

Have you performed a repair install of NavisWorks?

My IT guy did that and nothing changed. It just gives the message that Navisworks has encounted a problem and has to close.

I just installed and ran NavisWorks Manage 2009 on one of my Windows XP PRo SP3 virtual machines. It ran without issue.
