.TIF file wont print on Encad Cadjet2

We have a .TIFF file that is inserted as an image into an ACAD 2004 drawing. The .TIFF includes a title block and aerial photo. Only the title block will print. The aerial photo portion of the .TIFF if blank.

We are plotting to an Encad Cadjet2 plotter. It plots fine to a laser printer.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked the ENCAD web site under the Support area for AutoCAD & Image issues / problems (just had a quick look there, should be able to find some relevant information) -
