Outlook caused TrueView to configure each time

Every time I launch Outlook 2003, a DWG TrueView 2009 window pops up saying "Please wait while Windows configures DWG TrueView 2009."

It takes a while for the configuration to finish and then Outlook appears to run normally.

However, it's very annoying and obviously not right. Any ideas?

Your MSI is messed up. This issue can happen in lots of different installations. Check on Microsoft's web site for more details.

RobertB - Can I probe your brain a little deeper? Looking up msi (Microsoft Installation) files casts to wide a net. Don't know where to start.

Some more info from my end. I'm on a company provided laptop where a disk image was used to set it up. Still don't understand how launching Outlook causes a DWG TrueView installation to launch each time?
