I was recently browsing through an article by Rick Rundell in Cadalyst – Calculating BIMs Return on Investment. (http://aec.cadalyst.com/aec/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=124222)
The article referenced an Autodesk White Paper titled Return on Investment with Autodesk Revit (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=3782406)
I must admit that this was the first time I’ve actually read that white paper, but it is well worth reading , and giving to the office bean counters for any firm that is weighing up the cost advantages of switching to Revit. Its backed by some impressive stats too, so the accountants won’t be able to blow it off as marketing hype.
