Hello there,
In Autocad 2004 I could right click on any layout tab, choose select all layouts
Right click on a tab again and choose plot. This would allow me to print all my layouts at once (to 1 plot device which is no problem as I only use 1).
When I do this in 2005 the plot option is grayed out. Has this function been dropped?

Regards,

Roy

Try selecting publish all layouts. This will take you to the replacement for batch plot - publish. The dialog box will open up, all your layout will be there, you can select your page setup for all layouts - you can select all of them, and right click to change the page setup all at once - and then hit publish

The Publish command works, but for me is a LOT slower than the old select all the tabs and hit plot...

Thanks for the replies.
I got the publish to work, but it did not seem to keep the .CTB associated with each layout.

Am I missing something. Could it be something to do with the page setup bit?

Are you using named page setups in each layout?

I didn't have time to test it but it would seem logical that Acad would use the CTB in a named page setup.
