Sorry if I'm windy.

I'm working in AUTOCAD MEP 2009. I have picked and placed a 90 degree elbow pipe fitting form the "TOOL PALETTES-PIPING" in a drawing. I then right click on the part and pull up it's PROPERTIES. I set the fitting to be a "BUTTWELD-LR ELBOW". The current size set to 10.00 inch BUTTWELD-LR ELBOW 45 deg. Looks good, but its not!
Here's my catch, I need this fitting to scale out to ASTM standards. ASTM standard is 6.25 inch at 0.00 deg by 6.25 inch at 45 degree. This fitting scales out at 8.75 inch at 0.00 by 8.75 inch at 45 degree.
OK I thought it must be in the catalog tables where this can be changed so off I went to SIZING PARAMTERES.
Here's my path:

CAD MANAGER>CONTENT BUILDER>GETTING STARTED
PART DOMAIN: PIPE
COMMERCIAL PIPE ADN FITTINGS
BUTTWELD-LR ELBOW
click on MODIFY PART SIZE
SIZE PARAMETERS> right click EDIT VALUES.

This pulls up the sizing table for all BUTTWELD-LR ELBOW fitting. Reviewing this table I see all the fitting are listed to the ASTM Standards I want.

So what do I need to do to change the fitting on the drawing?
I have also experienced this with the reduce tee fittings.

Thanks
