This morning in an attempt to back up our Vault (2009) database, I came across an issue with logging into ADMS. It stated that "The system database login is invalid". Now, we've discovered that the issue does have a patch of which we've downloaded; however due to the fact that the loss of data is involved with fixing the issue, I'm not so quick to jump on the fix. Has anyone out there dealt with this issue and were you able to get around losing data? I can rebuild the database to its current state as I have local copies of the latest files. I'd like to avoid having to recheck in the files if possible though.
