is the only one and its for AutoCAD 09 MEP

I need to find one for Revit, I'm surprised that it doesnt have it built in...TONS of people use Round/Circular face diffusers :(

I just found another similar one on the forums then added a duct connector and it seems to work

How about a non ceiling-hosted circular diffuser (to use with exposed circular ducts in a space without a suspended ceiling)?
