Anyone know what they're asking for here; "Pitch Roof Threshold"?

I love how perfectly language can be misunderstood. Especially bureaucratic provincialism.

Just a guess, but I'd say they mean the amount of pitch at which a flat roof becomes considered a pitched roof.

The pitch roof threshold is asking for you for an angle. All roofs below this threshold will be considered “flat” and assigned any user-defined characteristics for flat roofs. And all roofs at or above this angle will be considered pitched and will be assigned the user-defined characteristics for pitched roofs.
