Concrete beam with rounded edge

Hi,
I have created a concrete beam with rounded ends using void form in the family. When I try to flex the family in the family editor it works OK but when I load it into the project it tells me it can't create object.
I am not sure what is going wrong here.

That's weird. Just downloaded and tried your family and works great...

I am not sure what happened there. I deleted the family from the project and loaded it again - it is working now. Before I only Loaded in after I did some changes to it and it didn't work. I did say yes to overwrire existing parameters pop-up.
