art.lsp -- lost this file

I am looking to replace or find this lisp file. I had it at one time. It will place text along an arc, either inside or outside with other options I think. It had a dcl file which is attached. Somehow the art.lsp file went south. Anyone have the lisp file to share? I'm sure the author of the program was Ken Melvin.

expresstools has a command that will allow you to place text along an arc, I believe the command call is ARCTEXT

Forgot to look for that, thanks. Just remembered that art.lsp evaporated after thirty days unless alms were sent to the poor or something.
