Install problem????..maybe?

I have Vault installed with my 2009 Civil 3D.
When I start up the program i notice the vault title bar is off to the side ... as it finishes the bar disappears and vault is not found?? we have had IT redo vault installation again...same problems... any suggestions...?

It sounds like the program is off the screen area. If so:

With the program hilighted in the taskbar, tap the alt button, then the up arrow. You should see a small window appear in one of your monitor corners. Press the direction arrow to get the window to move into your area.

With the project node on the Prospector tab in Toolspace, there is really no need for the Vault toolbar in Civil 3D. If you want to add MS Office information to the vault then a toolbar should be active in those applications. But you can accomplish everything on the Prospector tab that you can with the toolbar.

Thanks for the info will try this... and hope for the best....
oh....
there is no options or anything with in CAD that shows vault active... that is sign of problem...
will maybe get IT to try again...thrid time a charm...
keep ya updated...
