What is wrong with this code?

This lisp used to work... when I updated to Vista, it no longer works. Any suggestions?
There are a couple other files that go with it, if needed... say so. Its primarily a civil and surveyor function. Thanks for looking !

As a moderator I needed to remove code you posted because of copyright infringement issues.

I know the most likely issue with the code is the "getfiled" lisp expression doesn't work properly with vista. :(

I would suggest hard coding the path to the file you need to access in the code and see if that works.
