License mgr. ACAD 2004 & XP Pro.

Hello:

Having trouble with the license mgr. releasing licenses. Ugh. Running acad 2004 + XP Pro. on workstations. Has anybody experienced a similar issue?

Autodesk claims that an upgarde will solve this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Upgrade on AutoCAD or the FLEXlm utilities? If it's the FLEXlm, I would recommend you to upgrade since it's free to download the latest version.
