Corrupted Parcel data

I have a string of 17 parcels, with all show the same area (ie. the total combined area) how do i edit them back to their respective sizes? All the individual line work exists, and if you select the parcel numbers (which i can re-number) all the linework for the 17 parcels highlight.

I wasn't the creator of the plan, I'm just trying to fix it.....

Start with a nice audit and a cup of tea. Then delete those parcel lines with the autocad delete command. If you need to use them for reference just explode them. Save the drawing and restart your machine and then recreate the parcels. If that doesn't fix it then we can look deeper. Sometimes you just have to give a nice quick smack in the face when parcels act weird.
