Text being rotated in DWF

I recently redid our general notes making them all Mtext with no hard returns or spaces. Since I did that when I create a DWF all the text for the title blocks and even the info for the plot stamp is rotated 90 degrees clockwise but just on the general note pages. If I bring in a older version of the general notes that still has hard returns everything prints correct. Another factor is that if I make the DWF of just the notes by itself everything looks great and if I batch plot to a plotter then everything looks great.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

I haven't. I think we need the eTransmitted DWG to truely diagnose the issue.

Yes, I have posted this problem on the Autodesk dwf discussion group web site to no avail. I have a dwg when published in AutoCAD 2008, all is good. When the same dwg is published in AutoCAD 2009 dimension text is rotated 90 degrees....not good
