3D polylines

Is there anyway to offset 3D polys (create curb) in Civ3D?

Use the Stepped Offset command from the Feature Line editing tools. (Just beware the bug in C3D 2008, where intermediate elevation points get lost.)

Just to add to sincs comment, the bug only affects feature lines and 3d polylines.
