Change revision attribute in titleblock on multiple tabs

I imagine this has been brought up but i can't seem to find it. I have a drawing with multiple tabs, each tab has a titleblock, I want to keep all the revision numbers the same on all of them, The revision is a attribute (tag = rev). how can i change all sheets at once?

the only way I am aware to do it is to link it to an outside source. We have all our info linked to an excel file. Another way you could do it, is to use fields and place your revision notes in the custom drawing properties. But you would have to redefine your title block, and I dont know how attributes are handled when a title block is redefined.

Does Acad Mech 2008 have sheet set manager? If so that would do exactly what you want and a lot more. You would have to set it up but that is pretty easy.

You could use the Sheet Set Manager with a custom field or you could use the Drawing Properties (command DWGPROPS) to set a drawing specific property.

this was actually easier than I thought, I found that there is a commend "Gatte" that lets you change a attribute globally, it works great for what i was looking for.
