how to render and outside wall then the inside wall

I have to add stucco to the outside wall, then I have to add paint to the same wall but inside. Can I do that some how.

Sure, if you've got your wall as an editable poly, you can select the polygons for the inside wall and assign a material to it, then do the same thing for the outside wall.

Better yet, model it in Revit--make a wall style as described, export via FBX,
import into Max, and render away.

(Just a suggestion--I know a lot of Max users do not have Revit.)

But this makes your life much easier in situations like this--esp.
when the design changes!
