ADT 2005 PLOTTING, MY DWG IS SCREENED???

I hope someone might have an idea for me.
I have just upgraded from ADT 2003 to 2005. Mapping to my previous .CTB files worked fine. However, I cannot ;for the life of me, figure out why my drawing is screened on all layers. Is there a setting someplace that I am missing???????
It plots fine accept this annoyning problem!!!

Check that CTB see if Greyscale or dithering are on where they shouldn't be.
Also check the plot device properties, and see if it is set as greyscale
or if some other setting was mangled.

Below is an example of a CTB where only 251 to 254 are setup for screening. And the rest are set for NO screening.

Note the setting under the color which is black for NO SCREENING.
