V-Ray on Vista??

I'm trying to install Vray_150SP2 on to my machine which is a 64 bit running Vista. When i try to install the vray it stops halfway thru and rolls back the install. Has any one have input on this problem?

Are you installing the 64bit version? And do you have a previous version of VRay on your machine?

Yes I'm installing 64bit and no i dont have any other version of vray on this machine...?
