Toolbars not staying put in 2005

I know this has been addressed before, but I have one user whose toolbars that refuse to stay put. I read the article on the autodesk web site, and that really won't help. Is there anything else I can do to get these toolbars to stay where the user wants them. Any input would be very valuable.

Check out this thread, (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=8564&highlight=toolbars) and the ones referred to within it. Also, manusoft (http://www.manusoft.com) has a program called quikpik which, among other things, locks toolbars in place. Might be worth checking out.
