connected pipe info has disappeared!

I had everything set up and ready to plot, go to plot this morning and all my connected pipe info is missing! I still have my structure info such as station & offset and rim elevation, but now my connected pipe info is not showing. I try to connect the pipes to structure but it says that they already are. Any ideas as to what might have happened?

Just came back from vacation and a similiar issued happened to project I had been working on.
By chance (after half a day of trying to resolve issue), used "Recover..." option which found and fixed structure connectivity issues and when drawing opened ALL connected pipe inverts reappeared in structure labels (plan & profile).

I had a similar situation happen with cross sections. I went back to some older project drawings to look at the cross sections and when I opened the drawing all the cross sections had been placed one ontop of the other. Needless to say I was freaking out and looking to murder whoever had gotten into this drawing and caused all of this havoc. I too did a "Recover" on the drawing and it fixed 3 errors and the cross sections popped back into place.
