Active workset pulldown box shows all worksets

My item to add to the wishlist is to be able to filter out all the non-editable worksets from the active worksets pulldown list. We have a lot of worksets on our project and it's a pain to have to scroll down a large list of greyed out worksets to select a workset to work in. It would be nice if only editable worksets showed up in this pulldown. (See attached picture for clarity)

How is your firm doing using worksets. Are you happy with them, productive? What size projects and what size teams are you using. How are you breaking down the tasks?

At first we had trouble with worksets and project flow, but we found that if we split the project into many small parts the flow improved. We are working on a 200,000 SF arena for Garalnd ISD, and we have a team of 4 people working on the project. (See finger's post in the Gallery) At the moment we have the team broken into one person doing interior work, and one doing skin work. The other two, the PA and project designer only work on the model on a limited basis.

Overall I'm pretty happy with worksets although there is a pretty big learning curve before you can use them effectively.
