Summary: Improvement of closing a loop by being able to set a tolerance to the point separation, that will close these open loops
Description: We need to be able to "Close Loop" when Projected Geometry is used. The number of times that Inv says combine sketch points and then says it can't as it is Project Geometry is ridiculous.
How Used: Project Geometry is often used in a feature, when you have two bits of projected geometry meeting at the same point you need to be able to combine those points to close the loop, but Inv on't allowthis to happen, even though they are at the same place :(
