Pipe Hangers

OK, for those of us on the contractor side of things, we definitely need realistic pipe hangers. Taking a couple of skinny pieces of pipe and a C-Channel isn't really an option.

Pipe hangers aren't even included in the tools on the Imperial profile, you have to go to Global or UK and cannibalize from there.

We need Unistrut hangers, Clevis hangers, and a few others thrown in for variety.

Jay Ayala has a great video on Youtube for making the pipe/C-Channel model but, we need more.

I still haven't figured out why Autodesk thought hangers were only used in the UK and weren't needed in the Imperial version.

i found the pipe hanger tool in Global. But i couldn't get it to work. Do you have the link to the youtube video you mentioned? Or any other advice on trying to get it to work.

We don't just need pipe hangers, we need all sorts of pipe supports! Fabricated, custom ones, I can "construct" from some of the structural elements, but for standard, adjustable pipe supports, with all the available 2D blocks from Unistrut, how's come they aren't available in our PIPING catalog?? I can provide examples of our standard support details, if Autodesk needs a clue as to what industry uses......
