Cannot View Thumbnails in History Tab

Since upgrading from Inventor/Vault 2008 to 2009 I cannot view the thumbnail of a part in the history tab for any part/assembly. The thumbnails appear for files created in the 2008 release. I am also able to view the files in a window. Is there a setting that I am missing?

When you are checking in a file or files from Inventor to Vault, the check in dialog box will pop up. Click the settings button and make sure that a .dwf is created when checking in. (I select both boxes.) You can also check this by hovering the pointer over the icon in the upper right next to the vault icon. I believe the Vault check in screen is identical for AutoCAD. This will not fix those files already checked into Vault. Sorry I can't help you with that one. As old as this post is though, maybe you have it already figured out.
